What Is Summer Tuition?

Summer tuition gives Years 3 to 11 students a chance to keep learning through the school holidays, whether that means catching up on areas they found tricky during the year or getting a head start on what's coming next. Sessions run just like our term-time tuition: personalised, one-to-one focused support from a qualified teacher, with up to 3 students per session.

When It Runs

This year's summer sessions run across four dates in August, with Maths taught by Fay throughout and English joining from the 26th, taught by Katharine. Each date has two 1 hour sessions to choose from. Spaces are limited, so we'd recommend booking soon to secure the date and time that works best for your family.

How Sessions Work

As with our term-time tuition, we build a personalised learning plan around the areas your child finds most challenging, or the areas they'd like to push ahead in. There's no pressure and no formal test in the first session — we simply get to know how your child learns best and go from there.

Who Can Benefit?

Summer tuition works well for students who want to consolidate what they've learned before the new school year, those preparing for SATs or GCSEs who want a head start, and anyone who'd simply benefit from some focused one-to-one time without the pressure of term-time deadlines.
